I am a certified personal trainer, olympic weight lifting coach and health coach with nearly 10 years of experience.
I worked with the most prestigious corporate wellness and fitness team and also completed an intensive transformation leadership and mindset program. But it didn’t start there. It started with a shift in my mindset. I was at a place in my life where I was in survival mode. Eating and sleeping were scarce and I was getting to a point with my health that something had to change. When I decided it was time to make a change, the commitment and discipline came with a new mindset. I was compelled to take action, to create new habits and to make positive changes. This transformation process created more peace, more joy and more clarity in my life. As a result, I realized the importance of the connection between the mind and the body so I decided to educate and push myself even further. I was very passionate about getting this knowledge and skill set to others, which ultimately led to the creation of Elite Mindset and Fitness. Fitness and mindset are both important, the two go hand in hand.
I will teach you how to adjust your mindset, how to exercise properly to avoid injury and how to balance your workouts with your calorie consumption.
